• Leading the analysis, design, development, and implementation of training and development programs for various clients covering a variety of topics, that leverage online, instructor-led, and Web 2.0 approaches.

 

Prior to founding Stratt Consulting, Chris was a lead consultant with Insight Educational Consulting. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to the founding of a sports, fitness, and healthy lifestyle magazine for the gay & lesbian community.

 

In his free time, whether it’s playing sports, hiking, camping, or hitting the gym, Chris likes to stay active and fit. He is a firm believer that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, which ultimately leads to a higher-performing individual in both one’s professional and personal lives.
