Over the course of his career, Chris has helped companies from large Fortune 100 enterprises to start-ups, in industries such as technology, entertainment, and government, ensure they secure and develop the right people, with the right skills, at the right time, to succeed in their roles and drive the organization’s strategy and goals.

Prior to founding Stratt Consulting, Chris was a lead consultant with Insight Educational Consulting. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to the founding of a sports, fitness, and healthy lifestyle magazine for the gay & lesbian community.
In his free time, whether it’s playing sports, hiking, camping, or hitting the gym, Chris likes to stay active and fit. He is a firm believer that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, which ultimately leads to a higher-performing individual in both one’s professional and personal lives.
